The following companies or businesses you will see below were founded and succesfully operated by one visionary entrepreneur. The mastermind behind all of these successful businesses is Jason Sherman. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, and has traveled around the world extensively. Even before graduating from College over 13 years ago, with a degree in Computer Information Systems Management, he had already begun his journey into the world of business by forming a very successful and lucrative entertainment company. With the experience and knowledge that he gained from this endeavor, he realized that he must push forward and find new challenges. After the terrorist attacks of 9/11, Jason found himself bankrupt and struggling to overcome the lowest point in his life.
In 2002, Jason was at rock bottom, and he realized that this was his second chance at life. So he dedicated his life to research, networking, hard work, dedication, motivation, and taking his ideas to new levels. He started to form new companies, gain a large client base, and found out that people needed his skills and talents for various things. In present day, Jason is the president of multiple corporations, and a published author. He has the talent, skills, and knowledge needed to be a successful businessman. One thing he thoroughly enjoys, is being a Life Coach to other new business owners and entrepreneurs. He hopes that one day his companies are so successful, that he can help struggling entrepreneurs and small businesses full time as a Venture Capitalist to get them on the road to success as well.

In 2009, Jason came up with a very unique idea for a film that would eventually be named: "Bucks County". He thought, if the Blair Witch Project, and Paranormal Activity were such big films. Why not come up with a better idea for a "Mockumentary". So he did, and in 2009 he put together a writing team to help him complete the script. Then in 2010 he found the location to shoot his film, had casting calls to get his cast filled, formed a large crew, secured all of the equipment needed, and shot the film in a few months. After post-production, Jason took things a step further and produced the DVD of the film, and began submitting it to film festivals. Right now, "Bucks County" has a few agents and distributors interested in getting the movie out there, but Jason wants the film festivals to take place before he secures any deals. Keep your eyes peeled here in 2011 for updates!
In 1992, Jason had an idea for a story that he had never seen in a book or in a movie before. Shortly after having the idea, Jason decided to write a short story about it so that he could put it on paper. Then In 2005, Jason decided to write and publish his first novel: "The Box". It has been a best seller at Barnes & Noble and available at all other retailers such as Amazon.com, Borders, etc. Check it out online or order it at any retailer!
In the mid 1990's, Jason Sherman decided that he wanted to bring new music and unique events to people on the east coast. He set out on a journey to start one of the largest underground music companies in America: Ravegear Inc. After a few years, Jason became quite well-known as the first RaveGear DJ: Scorpion, and started getting booked to play all over the U.S. and then of course around the world. He was a music producer as well, and started his first record label: Ravegear Records. Under the record label, he produced and sold thousands of records and CD's in stores, and became a household name in the underground music scene. After years of promotions, events, DJ bookings, music, clothing and more, Ravegear Inc. was the largest and most successful undeground music company on the East Coast.
In the year 1999, the #1 record label in Germany - Noom Records - put one of Scorpion's songs on their label and propelled him up in the charts. At one point Ravegear Records' DJ roster had around ten DJ's on it and Jason was constantly getting them booked everywhere. Jason's alter ego Scorpion was on Q102 plenty of nights for friday night live, playing his own music as well as commercial music. Of course, he inevitably started his own clothing line called RaveGear, which was sold in stores like Pacific Sunwear, Hot Topic and other stores online. RaveGear hosted events in PA, NYC, NJ and many more states for anywhere from 500 people to 10,000 people, and even hosted an event at the Electric Factory for 3,000 people in 1999. Scorpion was in newspapers, movies, websites, constantly being interviewed and traveling for the purpose of getting his name out there. In the summer of 2001, he was one of the only American DJ's to play at the World Electronic Music Festival (W.E.M.F.) in front of ten's of thousands of people, it was truly his biggest booking ever. This amazing ride ended after the terrorist events that took place on 9/11, the scene was never the same after that.
More recently, in 2007, Scorpion decided to reinvent his music and his name. He released a comedy / parody music video called "All I Do Is Work" as a tribute to the film "Office Space" and he has created a new image to promote his new House Music production: Jason Staccato. He has many new songs available on his website and thousands of fans on Facebook.
Jason formed PhilaTronix LLC. in 2006 as a product manufacturing company that he created to bring new products not available in the United States to dealers and consumers. The first product he manufactured was The Vision Alert 3000: the World's First car alarm that has a color LCD camera to take pictures of intruders and send the pictures to your handheld color remote! This alarm also has remote starting capabilities as well as other amazing features. Jason has a handful of other unique and amazing products that he will hopefully make sometime in the near future. Philatronix / Jason has been featured on CNBC's the Big Idea w/ Donny Deutsch!
Super Scooters USA LLC., was started around 2002, to import various types of motor sports vehicles into the U.S. from China and resell them to consumers for half the price of what big stores were selling them for. This company was very lucrative, and a great learning experience in importing a product into the country, advertising, warehousing, selling and shipping it. The only downside was how much time needed to be devoted to running this company, which is why in 2005 we decided to dissolve the company and use whatever finances we had left over to focus on opening our store and boost our other companies.
In 2006, Jason invented a new food product called Chick'n Bits. He was tired of the same old Bacon Bits that all the large retail stores sold. So after months of scientific research, flavor tests, designing and producing the air tight packaging - he came up with a Vegetarian, Kosher, Healthy new flavor to compete with Bacon Bits. It was presented to a Shop Rite buying agent who then asked for a large amount of product up front. When Jason couldn't come up with the financial requirements to bring the product to market, he simply put the product on his shelf. The day he can find an investor, or come up with the money needed to bring Chick'n Bits to market, he will do so.
